Total Tea — a product of REBO Inc

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and REBO Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the Total Tea application and related services (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, REBO Inc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may not: (a) sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Service; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code; (c) use the Service to transmit harmful, unlawful, or infringing content; (d) access the Service by automated means without our express consent.
The Service may integrate with QuickBooks Online ("QBO") via OAuth 2.0 authorization. By connecting your QBO account, you authorize REBO Inc to access your financial data solely for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect at any time via your account settings.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. We do not sell your personal or financial data to third parties.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service remain with REBO Inc. The Total Tea brand and related marks are property of REBO Inc.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. REBO INC DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REBO INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of this Agreement. You may terminate by discontinuing use and disconnecting any third-party integrations.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Lubbock County, Texas.
