We collect information you provide directly (name, email, business details), data from third-party integrations you authorize (such as QuickBooks Online financial data), and usage data (log files, IP addresses, device info).
If you connect your QBO account, we access financial data (transactions, accounts, invoices) solely to provide the Service features you request. We use OAuth 2.0 for authorization. Refresh tokens are stored encrypted using AES-256 in Bitwarden Secrets Manager. You may disconnect your QBO account at any time via app.totaltea.net/disconnect, which revokes our access token.
We use collected information to: provide and improve the Service; process transactions; respond to inquiries; send transactional communications; comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or financial data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Data is stored on servers in the United States. We implement encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). OAuth credentials are stored in Bitwarden Secrets Manager, not in application databases. Access is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@totaltea.net.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Texas residents may have additional rights under applicable state law. To exercise these rights, contact support@totaltea.net.
The Service integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online. Use of QBO is subject to Intuit's Privacy Statement. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovery via email and in-app notification, as required by applicable law.
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice within the Service.
